A subset of our Customers on one of the Clusters, were impacted and monitoring data was lost. Alerts were also not triggered for those customers during that time period. Our Engineering team has identified the cause of this issue, which was that some cronjobs were set up incorrectly, and it has been fixed. We will also take necessary steps to ensure that this issue does not happen again.

Scheduled - UCM Engineering team shall be doing migration of server. Post the migration process, monitoring of the server shall be done for whole day. All steps have been taken to do seamless migration with zero downtime. It is expected to have no client impact and all the services shall be fully functional. We expect that no false positive alerts shall be generated as such.

It was noticed that some false alerts were triggered for minor subset of users. This happened around 3:30 AM to 3:45 AM CST. The issue was immediately tracked and resolved. The scope of client impact was very small. We regret for the inconvenience.
