The UCM Web App UI has the new Support widget. It provides new integration with our Zendesk support portal so that knowledge-base help articles can be searched and as well UCM support can be contacted using it.

Update
The changes to the support link on UCM Web App UI shall be deployed to production by Nov 2, 2016. Meanwhile, you are still able to search the knowledge-base and contact support using the existing buttons.

Update
On November 1, 2016, the support link in the upper right corner of UCM will be replaced by a support button that can be found in the lower right corner of UCM.
The features of the support link have not changed. You may still search for knowledge base article or open a case with support.
We appreciate your patience during this small change event.

The Support button at the top right of the APP UI (htts://app.copperegg.com) may not work on Nov 1 because of a ZenDesk API issue (see https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207323377-Removal-of-Web-portal-from-Zendesk). We are working on migration to the new ZenDesk APIs and Support link should be working again on Nov 1 itself . We are sorry for the inconvenience
